Questions and answers

How are the balance and overdue amount calculated?
Balance = amount incl. VAT minus the payments from the “Payments” sheet; overdue is the balance on a contract whose term has already expired.
How do I enter a contract with no end date?
In the “End date” column, type the word “open-ended”.
How is VAT handled?
In the register choose “incl. VAT”, “VAT on top” or “no VAT”; the rate comes from the settings or from a separate column.
Do I need macros?
No, only ordinary Excel 2007 formulas.
