Questions and answers

How is a tenant's debt calculated?
The amount charged for started months from the lease start date minus the amount paid; an overpayment is shown with a minus sign.
When is a lease considered "Ending soon"?
When no more than the set number of days remain until the end; the default is 60.
How does the spreadsheet know a property is rented?
If there is an active lease for that property as of today.
Can I track deposits?
Yes. The deposit amount is entered in the lease and stored in the spreadsheet.
