What it is for

Vaccinations, deworming, flea and tick treatment, food and vet visits are easy to forget. The spreadsheet keeps a history of procedures for each animal, calculates the next date, highlights overdue and upcoming ones, shows how many days the food will last and collects expenses by pet and category.

What is inside

«Settings»: report date and repeat intervals for procedures (you can change them).
«Pets»: up to 10 animals — age, weight, daily portion and remaining food, days the food will last.
«Procedures»: up to 200 entries — date, pet, type of procedure, product; the next date and alert are calculated automatically.
«Expenses»: up to 300 entries by category.
«Summary»: expenses by pet and category, overdue procedures, a chart.

What you get

The package includes a blank spreadsheet and a filled-in sample with fictional data, so you can see how the formulas and checks work. It is a spreadsheet built on ordinary formulas, not a special program. All fixes and new versions of the project are free.

Excel 2007 and later, LibreOffice. No macros. Intervals, rates and thresholds are kept in settings: adjust them to suit you. The file is in English.
