What it is for

Candidates get lost in chats and email. In the template every vacancy has its candidates, stage, last contact date and source. The “Follow up” sheet collects the people you have not been in touch with for a while, and the funnel shows conversion by stage and by source.

What is inside

  • “Vacancies”: job title, department, number of people needed, salary range, status; candidates, hires and days the vacancy has been open are calculated automatically.
  • “Candidates”: source, application date, stage, last contact, salary expectations; days in the funnel, days without contact and a hint on what to do.
  • “Follow up”: candidates not contacted for longer than the threshold in “Settings” (5 days by default).
  • “Funnel”: candidates by stage, conversion, applications and hires by source, average time to start, a chart.

Who it suits
