Terms of Sale, Delivery and Refunds

2. What is sold

Digital products: Excel templates and AI courses in PDF format. Each product page shows the description, the language version and the price. Nothing is shipped physically.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown on the product pages; the amount is charged in Russian roubles (RUB) at checkout, and the price in your currency is shown for reference. Payment is made online by bank card or another method offered on the payment page of the payment service. After payment you receive an electronic receipt.

4. Delivery

Delivery is electronic and free of charge. Immediately after the payment is confirmed (usually within a few minutes) the download button appears on the order page, and a download link is sent to the e-mail address you entered. You can download the file as many times as you need.

5. Refunds and cancellation

5.1. You can cancel a purchase and get a full refund within 14 days after payment if the file has not been downloaded yet.

5.2. If the file does not open, is damaged or does not match the description and the problem is not fixed within 10 days after you contact us, you get a full refund.

5.3. To request a refund, write to the e-mail below (or use the phone or Telegram, if shown) and include the e-mail used for the order, the product name, the date and amount of payment and the reason. Requests are processed within 10 days. The money is returned to the same card or payment method; the time it takes to appear on your account depends on your bank (usually up to 10 business days).

6. Licence

You may use the purchased files in your own work and business. Reselling or publicly sharing the files is not allowed.

7. Personal data

We use your e-mail only to deliver the order and answer your requests.
