Properties, clients and viewings quickly turn into chaos. The spreadsheet keeps track of properties, records viewings, calculates expected commission and reminds you who to call today.

What is inside

  • "Properties": address, type, price, status, owner, commission.
  • "Viewings": date, client, property, result.
  • "Deals": closed deals and commission.
  • "Call List": clients who are due for a call, plus a summary.

Who it is for

Independent real estate agents, small agencies and property sales managers.

What you get
